Professional Introducers

Many of our new clients are referred to us by their other professional advisers, such as their lawyer, accountant or even their own IFA. We consider this to be one of the highest forms of recommendation available and we therefore hold these relationships in the highest regard.

We typically work very closely with professional introducers and often enter into joint ventures or hold joint events with them, such as client seminars. We also invest a good deal of time in developing these relationships, which we regard as being of considerable mutual benefit over the longer term.

Many firms come to regard us as their ‘technical department’, especially in some of the more specialist and contentious areas of financial planning, such as Relationship Breakdown, Trustee Investment, Equity Release and SIPPs (Self Invested Personal Pensions). We often take time to train both Partners and more junior client facing staff – areas covered can include foundation courses on pensions, business protection and complex strategies for inheritance tax.

Whilst our work is done within specialist teams, we believe that it is important for each introductory firm to have a main point of contact, who is a Director of the business, plus direct access to technical support staff, as required.

The Director will ensure that you are kept up-to-date with matters affecting you and your clients. The point of contact also ensures that any problems are resolved as quickly as possible.
